Integrated Practice Manual

The Integrated Practice Manual has been developed in Sheffield following wide ranging consultation. It contains advice and guidance about SafetyNET, Common Assessment, Lead Professional, Multi-agency working and Information Sharing. A hard copy of the manual will be delivered to every children's service worksite including schools and GP's during April.

The manual is in PDF format and has been split into manageable pieces to make it easier to download only relevant sections. Updates to the manual will be available from here. No printed updates will be issued but feel free to download and print any section you need.
