In Sheffield there are named lead managers for most agencies. These
managers can be contacted for information and advice on Common Assessment.
In the first instance you should contact your line manager for advice
and support in filling in Common Assessments.
Lead Managers meet regularly to discuss the implementation of the
CAF and local issues. If you have identified issues that you think
need
discussing or resolving on a multi agency basis then contact your
lead manager. The minutes of the lead managers meetings are available
here.
These managers will also have a role in monitoring the completing
of Common Assessments.
